Wedding Stationery – How to Order

How do I order?
Choose your wedding design and use the contact form here to email me all your requirements (date, numbers, colours) and I will provide a quote.

Can I get a sample?
A sample of your chosen design can be posted out to you. Each sample costs £5 inc postage. This price will be redeemable against your order total if you choose to go ahead with this design. Please note samples are not customised, and will be sent as shown on the website. This will give you an idea of the look and feel of the invitation and decide if it’s for you.

How do I pay my deposit?
If you are happy to go ahead and order your chosen design, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work can be started. This is paid through bank transfer or Paypal. An invoice and payment details will be sent to you via e-mail. At this stage, customers are required to email all the text and information required for their stationery.

When can I see an email proof of the design?
Once I receive your deposit and all your wedding details, an initial PDF proof of your invite will be emailed to you. Please thoroughly check spelling, wording and layout. Any changes you require will be amended and a further proof will be sent via email. You can make up to two sets of changes. This is a maximum of 3 proofs in total. Any further proofs will incur a fee and lengthen the time it takes to have your invites ready. Once I have received a sign-off from you, you will be asked to pay the remaining 50% of the balance plus delivery charges (if any) before the design is sent to print.

When will my invitations be ready?
Items will be delivered by courier or if you live in the Glasgow area, you can pick up your order from our studio. Please note, an order takes up to 6 weeks to be completed from your final approval so please order as early as you can!
